Crn coating:-

In order to meet the specific needs of the industry, Actechnol provides the best quality Chromium nitride to the clients. It has a presence of exceptional welding resistance with respect to non-ferrous metals and can be applied to cutting tools made of Aluminum or copper.

TiN coating :-

Actechnol is specialized in providing Titanium Nitride Coating that has a heat resistance of about 600 degree Celsius. This is followed by a presence of high resistance to abrasion and corrosion. It can be used for cutting tools, wire cutter, plastic injection parts among others.

DLC coating :-

This coating involves for vaporization of molecules and atoms in a vacuum chamber. The vapors then get deposited as a microscopic thin layer on the substrate. At Actechnol, various compounds like nitride and carbide are coated by vaporization of pure metals such as aluminum, Zirconium, Chromium, and Silicon. This coating has been found to increase resistance to wear and tear; reduced friction and also improved performance and appearance.

AlTiN coating :_

The aluminum titanium nitride coating (AlTiN) consists of three elements being aluminum, titanium as well as nitrogen. The most important property of this coating is its high resistance to heat and oxidation. It provides a coating thickness of about 1 to 4 micrometers and Nano hardness of 38 GPA. It thus increases the lifespan of equipment’s by about 14 times. On the basis of its properties, this coating is most suited for precision metal like steel, stainless steel and cast iron. It has further got a high resistance to heat of around 900 degree Celsius.
